    8             ounces  Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
  
  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a tray with baking paper (parchment
  paper).
  
  Grate parmesan cheese with a coarse grater. Place tablespoons of grated
  cheese on tray in 2-inch circles, leaving enough space in between for each
  circle to spread. Continue with remaining cheese.
  
  Bake for 2 to 3 minutes or until just melted and lacy. Remove and cool on
  tray until hardened. Store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
