Asian Style Grilled Tuna Dip or Wrap

14 ounces tuna steak
vegetable cooking spray
1/4 cup Thai green curry paste
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro leaves -- and stems, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon agave nectar
juice of 1/2 lime
1 long green chili -- seeds removed and finely chopped
To serve: -- 6 to 8 low-fat tortilla wraps, sprinkle of scallions, bean sprouts, and fresh cilantro
Lightly spray tuna with cooking spray. Cook in a nonstick skillet over
medium heat until cooked through. Remove and cool.
Chop tuna and place into the bowl of a food processor along with curry
paste, cilantro, mayonnaise, ginger, fish sauce, agave and lime juice.
Process until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if required.
Stir through chili and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with crackers, as a dip or as a filling for a wrap.
To make a wrap: smear a good spoonful of tuna dip onto a soft low-fat
tortilla and top with sliced scallions bean sprouts, and fresh cilantro
(optional red chilis to taste). Roll up the wrap and serve immediately.
