My DH had the same reaction to Dreamfields pasta as Chef Gloria. We tried Hungry Girl shiritake noodles and found them rubbery and strange/off-tasting. (They were better cut with scissors and added to stir-fry dinners at the end of cooking, and they HAD to be rinsed.) What seems to be working for DH is controlled portions of spaghetti squash mixed with whole wheat pasta. The ww pasta changes the "chew factor" of the dish VS just squash and seems more satisfying overall. I've seen some DIY pasta recipes using small amounts of ww flour, gluten, and ground flax that I want to try. Regards, Rosaleen Re: Dreamfields Pasta

Dreamfields also has a newsletter that you can sign up for. Sometimes you can get a coupon for it.
There are also some recipes posted and filed here that use this brand of pasta.
Be sure to check how it works for you. For me, the effect was just like regular white flour pasta. I have to use whole grain pasta in limited amounts with plenty of low carb veggies and protein.
Take care,
Gloria
