Blue Cheese Dressing - 3.1g Carbs, 2.7g Sugar

Enjoy this tasty dressing on your favorite salad.
Prep and Cook Time: 5 minutes
4 oz crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
1 cup low-fat buttermilk
1 Tbap fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp fresh thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients except blue cheese in blender and blend until smooth.
Add blue cheese and pulse 2-3 times.
Serves: 8
