Cauliflower Sauce - 3.9g Carbs, 1.4g Fiber, 1.7g Sugar

Cauliflower, onion, garlic, white wine and cream pureed into a creamy sauce.

2 cup fresh cauliflower
1/4 cup fresh chopped onion
1 Tbsp white wine, dry
2 Tbsp heavy whipping cream
1/2 medium garlic cloves, pressed
1 pinch white pepper (optional)

1. In microwave safe bowl, combine cauliflower, onion, garlic, and
white wine.

2. Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes, or until onions are
transparent and cauliflower is tender.

3. Transfer to food processor or blender, add cream and white pepper.

4. Process until smooth.
