Chicken or turkey wraps are tasty and fit IBS a diabetic diet.  Use Carve smart or low carve flat breads and pack an Apple. Pack snacks such as nuts., pb and crackers. Only 4 with pb. Eat every3-3 1/2 hrs.  Ex br. Sn lunch Sn Dinner snack
