 Curried Turkey Salad

   1                cup  cubed cooked turkey
      1/2           cup  seedless red grapes -- halved
   1 1/3                 celery ribs -- chopped
   3        tablespoons  mayonnaise -- and 1 3/4 teaspoons mayonnaise
   2          teaspoons  lemon juice
      1/4      teaspoon  curry powder
      1/8      teaspoon  salt
      1/8      teaspoon  sugar -- (optional)
   2        tablespoons  salted peanuts -- and 2 teaspoons
 
 In a small bowl, combine the turkey, grapes and celery. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, salt and sugar, if desired. Pour over turkey mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Just before serving, stir in the peanuts. 
 
 Serves: 1.
