   2               cups  roasted red bell pepper strips
   2        tablespoons  olive oil
   2        tablespoons  lime juice
   1           teaspoon  cayenne pepper
   1           teaspoon  ground cumin
   1           teaspoon  ground caraway -- see tip below
   1           teaspoon  ground coriander
   1           teaspoon  salt
   2             cloves  garlic
 
 Purée all ingredients until smooth. (Increase cayenne pepper for a spicier harissa.) 
 
 *Tip: A coffee grinder works well for grinding caraway seeds.
