Grilled Cajun Pork Chops  - 4g Carbs, 1g Fiber, 0g Sugar

4 bone-in pork chops
1/2 Tbsp creole seasoning
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp chili flakes
Olive oil
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, combine the spices and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Brush the pork chops with olive oil and season with the creole-spice mixture evenly on both sides.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the pork chops 5 to 6 minutes per side.
