White Bean Artichoke Dip - 16g Carbs, 5g Fiber

1 pound cannellini beans
14 ounces artichoke hearts -- fresh or defrosted frozen
2 garlic cloves -- minced
1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup feta cheese
2 tablespoons minced fresh dill weed
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until slightly chunky.
To serve cold: refrigerate 1 hour prior to serving. To serve warm: preheat oven to 350F. Grease or spray with cooking spray a small casserole pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until warmed through. Serve immediately.
