Tangy Bean Dip - 7.8g Carbs, 2.2g Fiber

1 can Eden Foods Cannellini Beans
1/2 tsp Swanson Organic Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp Swanson Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
Swanson Himalayan Crystal Salt, to taste

Drain the liquid from the beans. Puree all the ingredients in a food
processor until smooth. Mix in fresh chopped herbs such as parsley,
rosemary or thyme to taste. Serve on toasted pita chips.
