1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup chopped celery stalks
1 cup sliced leeks
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1 1/2 cups green peas
2 cups chicken stock
1/ 2 tsp salt
1/ 4 tsp ground black pepper
1/ 2 tsp minced garlic
4 lb boneless skinless chicken pieces

 Put all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours.
