Serves: 6

2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil (or cumin oil and coconut oil)
3 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp jalapeno hot sauce
2 lb bone-in pork chops
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 large white onion, chopped
 3 cloves garlic, chopped
 3 cups chicken broth
 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
 2 cups raw cannellini beans
 6 cups packed Kale  

Put all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook for 8 hours on low.
