1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
Garlic, to taste
2 cups cannellini beans, cooked
1/2 cup tomato paste
Put all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours.
Not including salt! Using 95% lean ground beef! Using no salt tomato paste!
