Cheesy Cauliflower Bread Sticks - 4.9g Carbs, 1.8g Fiber, 2g Sugar

1 medium head cauliflower
1 1/2 cups part skim mozzarella (divided)
1/3 cup egg whites
1 tsp garlic
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp Italian seasoning

Preheat oven to 400 Degrees F. Grate cauliflower with a cheese grater or use a food processor to chop very small.

In a medium bowl, mix the cauliflower with 1 cup mozzarella, egg whites, garlic, salt, and Italian seasoning.

On a parchment lined baking sheet, pour crust mix onto pan and shape into a 8" x 10" rectangle, about  1/2-inch thick. Bake for 10 minutes and flip. (It helps to put another sheet of parchment on top. pick up both sheets together to flip).

Cut into 8 bread sticks. Bake for another 5 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Serve with  Marinara sauce.
