Avocado Green Goddess Dressing - 3.1g Carbs, 1.6g Fiber

1 avocado
Juice of one lemon
1 clove garlic, grated
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp green onions, minced
2 Tbsp fresh basil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until
smooth. Add water to thin if needed.

Serve over green salad or use as a dip for veggies.
