Hot cereal
  
  1 cup water
  2 tbsp quick cooking oatmeal
  1/4 cup whole flax seed
  1/4 cup ground flax seed
  1/4 cup chopped nuts
  1 tbsp sugar free pancake syrup or sf honey
  
  1/4 tsp cinnamon
  Artificial sweetener to taste
   
  Bring water to a boil and stir in all ingredients. Cook 1 to 3 minutes or
  until thickened. Serve with Almond milk and/or cream. 
   
  With almond milk, makes   2  servings 5g carbs each.
