2 cups plain Greek yogurt 
2 cups chopped kale 
2 cups chopped spinach 
¼ cup diced red onion 
4 cloves garlic, peeled 
1 tsp salt *
Place the kale, spinach, onion and garlic in a food processor. 
Process the vegetables to finely chop them. 
Transfer the vegetables to a bowl and stir in the yogurt, salt, pepper and onion powder. 
Serve with chips for dipping.
