Rose's Salmon Patties - 7g Carbs, 1.4g Sugar with variation

Here is one my Mother found in a local small town newspaper (from
the area she grew up) she subscribes to. I have made this several
times and it is always a winner. I sometime make the patties large
enough to fit on a whole grain bun and just make Salmon Burgers out
of them.
Large can Salmon (14 oz)
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp parsley (I use the dry flakes)
1 egg
1/4 cup Ranch dressing, fat free
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Mix all together. Make into desired size patties. "Fry" in a small
amount of olive oil in a good nonstick type pan.
