I believe the only things with a lot of fat or calories would be the tostada and sour cream but you can use low fat or fat free..
Seviche (Means Marinated Seafood)
1 Head of Cauliflower chopped fine
1 Green Pepper Chopped fine
1 Medium Onion Chopped fine
1 Bunch of Cilantro Chopped fine
1 1/2 bag of small shrimp- defrosted and rinsed
Limes 4-5 - Juice
2 Serrano peppers- chopped fine
salt to taste
Sour Cream
I package of Tostadas
Chopped everything up fine except limes and shrimp; rinse and add Shrimp. Cut limes in half use a hand lemon juicer or a spoon
it works just as good and squeeze the limes into the mixture. Salt it. Let it sit about 1 hour before serving.
Take a tostada and spread sour cream over top; and then top with your Seviche. You can also add a slice of avocado for appearance... but
