[Healthy_Recipes_For_Diabetic_Friends] Re: Hawaiian Chicken Stew with Ginger - 7g Carbs, 2.9g Fiber, 1.8g Sugar


If you have a dry red wine or a dry white wine you could just use that with a bit of sugar. The ratio is 1 cup red or white wine and 1 tsp sugar. So for this is would be 1/2 cup wine and 1/2 tsp sugar. I would use dry white in this case.
