Greek Roasted Salmon - 7.1g Carbs, 4.8g Fiber, 0.6g Sugar

2 tsp dried dill weed
2 tsp lemon pepper
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
3 Tbsp Greek style yogurt
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
2 avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
2 lbs salmon steaks

Preheat an outdoor grill with a greased grill grate on high heat.

In a mixing bowl smash avocados, garlic, lemon juice and yogurt, and flower with pepper and salt. Coat salmon with lemon pepper, dill and salt, cook on the preheated grill for 15 minutes, and flip once.

Serve with avocado mixture.
