Boston Market Creamed Spinach

2 boxes frozen chopped spinach -- (10 oz each)
10 ounces cream of celery soup -- (1 can)
1 tablespoon flour
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
salt and pepper -- to taste
1 small diced onion

Cook the spinach in the microwave on high for 5 minutes. Drain and pat
dry.

In a saucepan on medium heat, stir together the soup, flour, butter,
garlic salt, salt, and pepper until smooth and hot (about 5 minutes).

Add the spinach and onion and heat for 5 to 7 minutes.

Serves 6
