WEIGHT WATCHERS LOW FAT LOW CARB GARLICKY SHRIMP

Yield: 8 to 10 servings

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pound large shrimp (24 to 30 count), peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

DIRECTIONS

In a large skillet, heat the butter and oil over medium heat.
Add the garlic, parsley, salt, and shrimp,
and saute for 1 to 2 minutes.
Drizzle with the lemon juice and continue cooking
until the shrimp are pink. Serve immediately.
