Enjoy this easy-to-prepare warm version of spinach salad in a matter
of minutes. The tuna not only adds extra flavor but protein and
omega-3 fatty acids.
Prep and Cook Time: 0
6 cups baby spinach
2.5 oz canned light tuna
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 medium clove garlic
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt and pepper to
taste in a small sauce pan and heat until warm.
Drizzle over spinach leaves and top with tuna.
