Summer Radish Salad - 5g Carbs

Servings: 6

1/2 cup lemon juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp chives, raw and chopped
2 Tbsp parsley, dried or fresh
1 tsp lite soy sauce
1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
4 cups radish, sliced

Mix all ingredients together well and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Servings: 6
Nutrition per Serving: 46 Calories, 2.6g Fat, 49mg Sodium, 0.8g Protein, 5g Carbs

Exchanges: 1 Vegetable; 1/2 Fat
