Jicama Chicken Chalupas - 33g Carbs, 15g Fiber, 9g Sugars

1 1/2 cups avocado
14 oz matchstick carrots
5 oz H‑E‑B Spring Mix Blend
2 cups H‑E‑B Fully Fit Fully Cooked Chicken Breast, heated and diced
1/4 cup H‑E‑B Fancy Shredded Cheese
1 jicama, peeled and sliced

1. To assemble, layer avocado, carrots, greens, chicken and cheese on each jicama slice.
2. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
