Eggnog - 22.5g Carbs, 12.6g Sugar

For holiday guests (or for yourself

1 quart of half n half
1/4 cup Splenda (or to taste
1/4 cup egg beaters
2/3 cup DaVinci Sugar Free Egg Nog Syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Spritz of nutmeg

Mix together. Shake well and refrigerate.
