White Meat No Heat Chili - 23g Carbs, 7g Fiber, 6g Sugar

1 lb lean ground turkey
2 cups water
1 (15 - 16 oz can) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (14 1/2 oz can) stewed tomatoes, cut up (undrained)
1 (6oz can) tomato paste
2 Tbsp chili powder
2 Tbsp dried minced onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano, crushed
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Sour cream, sliced pitted ripe olives, shredded sharp cheddar cheese,
and/or chopped green onions (optional)
1. In a large saucepan, brown turkey over medium heat until cooked
through, breaking up with the back of a wooden spoon as it cooks.
Stir in water, beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, dried
onion, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt and ground
black pepper. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered 20
to 30 minutes or until desired consistency, stirring occasionally.
2. If you like serve with sour cream, sliced olives, shredded sharp
cheddar cheese and/or chopped green onions.
