Apricot Glazed Pork Chops
1/4 cup low-sugar apricot preserves
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 - 6 ounce bone-in natural (no added water solution) pork loin chops,
cut 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
Snipped fresh thyme
1. For glaze, in a small bowl stir together apricot preserves and cinnamon.
2..For a charcoal grill, place chops on the grill rack directly over
medium coals. Grill, uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes or until done (160
degrees F), turning once and brushing with glaze halfway through
grilling. (For a gas grill, preheat grill. Reduce heat to medium. Place
chops on grill rack over heat. Cover and grill as directed.) Sprinkle
chops with thyme.
