Apricot Glazed Pork Chops

1/4 cup low-sugar apricot preserves
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 - 6 ounce bone-in natural (no added water solution) pork loin chops,
cut 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
Snipped fresh thyme

1. For glaze, in a small bowl stir together apricot preserves and cinnamon.

2..For a charcoal grill, place chops on the grill rack directly over
medium coals. Grill, uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes or until done (160
degrees F), turning once and brushing with glaze halfway through
grilling. (For a gas grill, preheat grill. Reduce heat to medium. Place
chops on grill rack over heat. Cover and grill as directed.) Sprinkle
chops with thyme.

Makes: 4 - 1 pork chop servings

Nutitional Information per Serving: 162 cal., 4 g total fat (2 g sat.
fat), 57 mg chol., 55 mg sodium, 6 g carb., 0 g fiber, 22 g pro.

Exchanges: 0.5 carb, 3 lean meat.
