Slow Cooker Peanut Butter Indonesian Pork

3 pounds pork loin
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter -- or chunky, your choice
2 garlic cloves -- chopped
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
8 ounces canned crushed pineapple
To serve: -- cooked rice

Use a 6-qt cooker.

Place the meat in the bottom of your slow cooker.

In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, peanut butter, garlic, red pepper flakes, and the whole can of pineapple. Stir well, and pour on top of the meat.

Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or until the pork is tender enough to pull apart with a fork.

Serve over rice with sauce from the pot.
