Fresh Blue Cheese Dressing - 0.3g Carbs, 0g Fiber, 0.2g Sugar

2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 lb blue cheese
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 pinch garlic powder
1/4 cup low fat buttermilk

In medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, blue cheese, balsamic vinegar, pepper, and garlic powder.

Gradually blend in buttermilk.

Cover and chill until ready to serve.
