From: www.teenagetaste.com
"Traditional homemade ranch dressing is amazing by itself, but add
cilantro, lime, and garlic, and you've got yourself liquid gold!
Enjoy it on salads, as a dip for veggies or chips, or just by the
spoonful! Believe me, you'll want to lick the jar clean!"

3/4 cup Fat Free Plain Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp freshly-squeezed lime juice (about 1/2 a lime)

2 Tbsp fresh chives, roughly chopped
2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend for
30 seconds. Check consistency and blend an additional 30 seconds,
if desired. Store in an air-tight jar in the fridge. Leftovers
