Tomato Sauce Salmon - 14.9g Carbs, 3.4g Fiber, 7.7g Sugar

  2 lb can salmon
  16 oz tomato sauce, no salt added
  1 tsp dill
  4 cloves garlic, chopped
  1 bell pepper, sliced
  1 onion, sliced
  2 tsp paprika
  1 bay leaf
  2 Tbsp olive oil
  Salt, to taste
  Pepper, to taste
  
  Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the pepper and onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Drain the salmon and add it to the pan. Break it up with a spoon. Then add the tomato sauce and paprika. Add a bay leaf and salt and pepper to taste. Cover. Simmer for 10 minutes.
