Diabetic Lime Grilled Fish with Fresh Salsa

Number of Servings : 4

Serving Size : 1 fillet plus 1/4 cup salsa

Ingredients

1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
4 ea ( 1 pound total ) firm fish fillets such as, orange roughy or red
snapper thawed if frozen
1 cup salsa ( heat level your choice )
1/2 lime cut into 4 slices

Instructions

1 Prepare a charcoal grill, or preheat the broiler and prepare
the broiler pan with nonstick pan spray.
2 Combine the oil and lime juice; brush over the fish.
Grill or broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat source until the fish is
opaque, about 6 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fish). Serve
immediately, topped with salsa and fresh lime slices.
