Crunchy and homemade - KALE CHIPS- break the kale up into 3"x3" apprx. size
pieces. Spray with a spray olive oil or butter flavor or whatever your
choice is (toss around so there is a very light oil coat)....spread on a
cookie sheet....cook for about 10 min. at high heat 400 degrees or
so...check often so you don't burn. Sprinkle with a seasoning of your
choice. Store in a container not a baggy as they are fragile. Delicious!
Virtually no carb and no calorie. High in nutrition. These can be purchased
but are $$$ and so easy to make.
The pork rinds are tempting because of no carb but the high fat content has
side effects. Maybe just put a handful in with the kale chips or
popcorn...so not to eat a whole bag of pork rinds before the crunch crave
is
over! Speaking from experience....not being judgemental....!
