This kale chips sounds good I am going to try it.
Spouting might be an option also. A burst of Vitamins in every bite. Each kind of seed is can be put into a mason jar of its own rinsed with water, put into a dark area, turned upside down in 3 days or so wa-la sprout. YUM.� The new sprout should be at least the whole length of the seed and again 1/2.
Alfafa, broccoli are easy to start with.
