Stir-Fried Brussels Sprouts - 8g Carbs, 3g Fiber

Try this recipe for a vegetable with lots of flavor
Servings: 2
1 lb Brussels sprouts, washed and drained
1 crushed garlic clove
2 or 3 slices fresh ginger root
2 tsp canola oil
Soy sauce
Cut the Brussels sprouts into 1/8 inch slices.
Heat the oil in a wok, saute pan, or skillet over medium high heat.
Sear the ginger root and garlic.
Add the Brussels sprouts.
Stir constantly and cook over medium high heat for about 3 minutes.
Remove the garlic and ginger root.
Servings: 2
