If you love Parmesan raise your hand and then go make these amazingly simple, totally addictive two-ingredient chips.

Serves: 4

2 lb zucchini, thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan
Coarse salt

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Arrange zucchini slices on baking sheets and top each with a generous amount of Parmesan. Season with salt.

Bake until deeply golden and crisp, about 20 to 25 minutes.

Serve hot.
