Crockpot Spanish Rice - 19.2g Carbs, 2.7g Fiber, 4.4g Sugar

2 lb lean ground beef
2 onions, chopped
2 sweet peppers, any color, chopped
15 oz canned diced tomatoes, low sodium/ unsalted
16 oz tomato sauce, low sodium/ unsalted
1 cup unsalted beef broth
1 Tbsp chili powder
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup brown rice, uncooked
Salt, to taste (optional)

Brown the ground beef in a frying pan. Drain fat. Add beef to crockpot. Stir in all remaining ingredients.

Cover, and cook on low six to eight hours.
