[Healthy_Recipes_For_Diabetic_Friends] Re: Italian Baked Fish - 7.2 g Carbs, 1g Fiber, 6g Sugar


The posting at DLife has the error. There is no mention of sugar in the ingredients. It is in the directions as you mentioned.

Personally, I omit sugar. I find it unnecessary. Some times it is added to balance the flavors from other spices or the acidity.

My body does not like sugar in any form so I just omit. IF you can use a bit of it... then that is your choice. I would not add much!
