[Healthy_Recipes_For_Diabetic_Friends] Re: Apple Chocolate Dips - 17g Carbs, 3g Fiber

 

The serving Size is only one dip... so you may need some friends to share this with.

I ran the nutrition through at www.caloriecount.about.com and
got the below information.

Serving Size: 57 g (57 grams = 2.01061583 ounces)
Nutrition per Serving:
148 Calories, 87 Calories from Fat, 9.6g Total Fat, 3.2g Saturated Fat, 0mg Cholesterol, 2mg Sodium, 16.1g Total Carbs, 2.7g Dietary Fiber, 11.2g Sugars, 3.2g Protein
Vitamin A 2% - Vitamin C 9% - Calcium 2% - Iron 5%
Nutrition Grade: C+

Good points:
No cholesterol
Very low in sodium

Bad points:
High in saturated fat
High in sugar
