Spinach Saute with Mushrooms - 7g Carbs, 0g Sugar
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 cup mushrooms
2 lb spinach (steamed)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1. In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil.
2. Add the mushrooms and garlic and saute for 3 minutes.
3. Add the spinach, cover, and steam for 2 minutes.
4. Add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately.
Serves: 4
