Really the key word here is HYDROGENATED..which keeps peanut butter from
becoming separated but is the bad oil that carry's TRANS FATS which are BAD
for you. Homogenized sounds a lot healthier but it just means the oil and
crushed peanuts are blended but if they don't separate it is likely
hydrogenated oils have something to do with it..check your labels.that type
of peanut butter typically has sugar added as well.
