Eggnog -  5.8g Carbs, 0.1g Fiber, 0.4g Sugar

Sweet egg, milk, and brandy beverage.

Servings: 8

2 each eggs
4 cup half & half
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 each SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener packets
1 tsp brandy
1 tsp ground nutmeg

Place the egg yolks and half and half in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until it becomes thick; let cool.

Beat the egg whites. Combine with the cream mixture. Add the vanilla, sweetener, and brandy.

Refrigerate covered. Divide into cups and top with the nutmeg.
