Lite Watergate Salad ( diabetic )
1 small box sugar free pistachio pudding
1 large can sugar free crushed pineapples in juice
1 large container lite cool whip
1 can fruit " sugar free " any kind - drained
1. Mix together pudding & pineapples & juice
2. Add cool whip & stir
3. Add drained fruit & stir
4. Add coconut & stir
5. Refrigerate
* I use to make this for my kids all the time, I made the regular recipe.
Then I got diabetes, recently found this recipe.
