1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cornmeal
2 egg whites
Mix first 3 ingredients.
Cool and fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Drop by teaspoon onto
greased baking sheet and bake in 350° oven about 30 minutes.
Makes about 14 small cakes.
