Healthy Turkey Salad - 40.71g Carbs, 23.25g Fiber, 4.25g Sugar

This turkey salad is a great way put that leftover turkey to use and
also enjoy an excellent source of vitamins A, C, and folate as well
as dietary fiber and protein.
Prep and Cook Time: 10 minutes

4 cups mixed greens
1/2 medium tomato, sliced
3 oz turkey breast, sliced
1/4 cup crimini mushrooms, sliced
3 1/2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
2/3 cup cooked kidney beans or canned (no BPA)

Combine all ingredients.
