1 sugar free orange gelatin (dry serving), 4-serving box (or any flavor)
1/2 cup boiling water
2 cup fresh cubed cantaloupe
8 oz plain yogurt, whole milk
NOTE: This recipe requires 4-6 hours in freezer.
1. In small bowl, dissolve gelatin with boiling water.
2. In blender, combine gelatin mixture, cantaloupe, and yogurt. Cover
and blend until smooth.
3. Pour cantaloupe mixture into ten 3-ounce ice-pop molds or paper cups.
(If using paper cups, cover the cups with foil. Cut a small slit in the
center of each foil cover and insert wooden stick into each cup.)
4. Freeze pops for 4 to 6 hours or until firm.
5. To serve, remove pops from molds, or remove foil from paper cups and
tear paper away from pops.
