[Healthy_Recipes_For_Diabetic_Friends] RE: Slow Cooker Vegetable Curry - 30.6g Carbs, 8.2g Fiber, 5g Sugar

 

I would use about 3 cups diced cauliflower.

When I make soups I have to use more of veggies I know I can handle better and less of others like peas and potatoes.
